About the Role

We are looking for Proficient English-speaking candidates with the executive administrator, event and project management experience who have ideally travelled in Europe and have a genuine passion for travel.

The Executive Office Support role will require a dynamic individual who is well organized, good with time keeping and proactive in their processes. This individual should excel at handling varying responsibilities, such as executive administrative tasks, project management and event organizational tasks.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual who thrives working remotely with cross-functional teams to achieve set goals and objectives.


  • Advanced administrative skills. Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
  • Good research skills, data analyses and comparative analyses
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Resourceful negotiator
  • Detail oriented
  • Good tech skills: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and Project Management (Monday.com and or other)
  • Assisting Directors with various project management and other administrative tasks
  • Event Organizing (company-wide). Coordinate with internal staff and vendors to establish the requirements for an event and serve as liaison to senior executives throughout the planning process.
  • Locate resources, visit sites, and lead pre-event meetings to help Directors decide on event design.
  • Plan and facilitate logistics for company-wide events, including contract negotiations, guest lists, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decor, and marketing materials.
  • Oversee team experiences from conception through post-event review; manage on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown; and ensure consistent, high-level service throughout all phases.
  • Coordinate production and distribution of corporate-branded items
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of industry contacts, vendors, and venues.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise on the event day.

Preferred requirements and skills

  • High-level spoken and written English and Czech
  • Start date as soon as possible
  • Must be based in Prague
  • Proven success in event planning or coordination
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining positive business relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle pressure and make good decisions quickly
  • Reliable internet connection
